Pours a dark amber with a thin off-white head with decent retention and little bubbley lace.

Aroma is nice. Some piney and citrusy hop profiles with a nice malty sweetness in the background.

Taste is also nice. A decent hop profile showing some piney hop notes. A touch of alcohol, but pretty well masked. A really nice malt backbone runs through this beer. A slight bitterness is also present. I generally enjoy a really unbalanced ridiculously hoppy beer, but the balance is a welcomed change.

Mouthfeel is full bodied with a gentle carbonation tingle.

Drinkability is moderate. Alcohol is high, but flavors are good making for easy but limited consumption.
