If you ever need to explain to someone what hops taste like, order this beer. Flavor, aroma, both there with little else to get in the way.

I don't think I could ever order this beer without some sort of spicy food. Half way through the glass, my tastebuds would rebel. Notice I said "half way" - they would think it was great at first, and only get tired later on. ;)
