2008.6.4 @ 23:38 Pours a clear ruby tinged brown with a thin layer of light tan head. Decent retention and a little fine lace. Aroma is very nice. A gentle hoppiness with sweet caramel. Also a little breadiness. Taste is nice. A nice hoppy bitterness dominates. A pleasant malt backbone boasting sweet caramel. Mouthfeel is full bodied, slightly syrupy with thin carbonation. Drinkability is moderate. Alcohol is fairly high, but flavor is good making for easy but limited consumption. |
