World class. So delicious. A wonderfully tasty lambic. A little tart, not too sweet, with a great peach flavor and an underlying beer flavor that pairs perfect. Besides being such a delicious treat, my favorite thing about this A++ lambic is the creamy mouthfeel. This beer is soooo damn creamy. The mouthfeel will stick with you for what seems like forever. I swear it was still there an hour later. This is a hands down favorite, high at the top of my list. It is a great celebration brew also. Champagne-like, sweet, tangy, tart, with funky notes and traces of barnyard that are a by-product of spontaneous fermentation.

Gerald: I see you added Lindemans Pecheresse a while back as well. What's the difference between these two? I see some people refer to them as if they're the same, but I only see Pecheresse on Lindemans' site.

bryan: Pecheresse is only 2.50% ABV, while Pêche is 4%. I have never actually had Pecheresse, but I believe I accidentally rated it on here. From what I've read though, it appears as if Pecheresse is different from Peche because it isn't aged in oak and/or doesn't go through secondary fermentation because they use peach juice instead of fresh peaches like in Peche; but this is entirely speculation. On Lindemans website they say Pecheresse uses "straight juice method." That's all I know about Pecheresse. Hope I can provide any help.

Here's the description of Peche from the label: "Lindemans Pêche is a lambic made from local barley, unmalted wheat, and wild yeast. After spontaneous fermentation the lambic is aged in oak. Fresh peaches are added creating a secondary fermentation and yielding a beer of exceptional flavor and complexity."

And Here's a link to Pêche from Merchant du Vin's website: http://www.merchantduvin.com/pages/5_breweries/lindemans_peche.html

No problem. Sorry I don't know more about Pecheresse. Cheers!
