2008.7.21 @ 17:30 Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Decent retention and no lacing. Aroma is nice. Citrus and spice dominate with a subtle maltiness. Taste is fine. Citrus and spice are the main components. A bit hot for me. Alcohol was not well hidden and inhibited the drinking experience slightly. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with light carbonation. Drinkability is moderate. Decent flavors make for easy consumption. However, high alcohol is evident in taste and restricts consumption. |
