2008.3.27 @ 16:20 From a big 24 oz slammer. Pours a pale golden color and is noteably see through. There is a thin bright white head that appears and quickly receeds. Poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is lacking, hard to pick out anything noteworthy. A very mellow hop scent and a light sweet malt. Taste is subtle. A light sweet malt note, and some rice. Mouthfeel is thin and watery and has loads of carbonation. Drinkability is low. Although the beer has low alcohol, The overall lack of taste makes me desire something more. Could drink one if it was the only thing available. |
