2008.2.16 @ 17:55 Full bodied, dry, creamy and a little sweet with a slight hidden crispness and smoothness with a balanced hop and roasted malt bitterness. Roasted flavors of charcoal, coffee to a lesser extent, and hints of dark chocolate and molasses. Semi-sweet coffee and cream finish, followed by an aftertaste of coffee with a creamy milky mouthfeel. A little lacking in the smoothness department, but a rather tasty treat that is worth seeking out. |
